Today's recipe is my roasted spaghetti squash, which you can find on page 71 of my book, "Diabetic To Ketogenic: Reclaim Your Health With Real Food" (link in bio). Here, I served it with a slow-cooked ragù bolognese I made from grass-fed beef and fresh tomatoes, topped with freshly grated Pecorino Romano DOP.
