Today's recipe post is actually a two-fer, since I did not share one yesterday, as I normally do, M-F.
If you've been missing a THIN crust pizza on keto and don't love the fat head dough versions out there, you might like one of these. These recipes aren't about the toppings, since everyone can decide on their own toppings, and THAT'S never the problem with keto pizza recipes out there, it's ALWAYS all about that crust!
The first keto pizza recipe is my Thin Crust Keto Pizza which uses cheese and eggs (but I promise you won't taste the eggs) and the reason I made it (years ago) was because I missed eating cold thin leftover thin crust pizza that would be soft and tasty the next day. It's also got a nice fold to it, if you want to make a round New York style pie..

The second thin crust keto pizza recipe I created, is my Keto Sheet Pan Pizza, which has more of a sturdy, bread-y style crust, and kind of reminds me the homemade pizza kits of the '80s. and here's the link to that one:
