Love a softer thin crust pizza that's GREAT leftover cold? This is going to be your go-to recipe for us low carb folks who can't tolerate the wheat, oat, and other grains in the grocery store so-called "low carb" wraps/crusts, and for me, it might be an especially welcome change for you too, if you're not a fan of fat head dough crusts (I am not).
I consider this crust to be practically carnivore, it just uses egg white powder, beef gelatin and a few seasonings (I promise you won't taste the eggs or the beef!).
